Petz Life

For Grand Exhibition month, I decided to open some shows that offer an opportunity to receive feedback! If you enter this show and include a * after your petz' call name, I'll leave my thoughts on your pose and why I placed it as I did.

Rules
-Right-facing dali or poodle frontal/camera-facing poses — age 100, no clothing
-Please no transparent backgrounds (white only), no editing
-All breedz welcome as long as they are dog in appearance
-One entry per person. Show closes at 5 entries, everybody wins–style

@ECRose - I think Macey is posing to the best of her abilities, and I actually quite like this dogs body parts/proportions in dali pose. This was a hard BIS and 1st to place. I don't necessarily have any faults for Macey; it came down to the eyelids, and I prefer the evenness of Neda's.

@ShenzaiBird Like Macey, I think Blessed Ground is posing to the best of their ability. When I need a tiebreaker, I often look at how square the dog is to the camera, and I think unfortunately Blessed Ground ends up looking a bit crooked (as evidenced by the uneven eyes), which is ultimately why I placed them in 3rd.

@Commander Unfortunately, Glazed is misaligned, with their back left foot sitting one pixel in front of their back right foot. That's an auto-HM for me, though the pose otherwise would have been very competitive if the back feet were either even or left foot one pixel behind the right.
