- Fixes accepted for the PFM Oshie, Sheepie, RB, and Siamese

- Blue and red merle added to Pomeranian as per AKC standard
- White tail tips added to the following cat breeds as per CFA top cats gallery evidence: Siberian, American Shorthair, American Wirehair, Exotic
- English Setter SB updated
- Dark blue added to OES
- Green eyes added and marked as preferred for the Chinese Li Hua, as per archived CFA standard
- Ticked tabby added to Siberians as per CFA
- White underbelly added to the Chessie, as per KC, AKC, UKC, and FCI
- Merle doc rewritten to be like what it was pre-2019 at PKC; it is now looser with only the most extreme merle patterns being restricted to relaxed merle dogs
- 'Brown tabby' is now called 'Black tabby' throughout the docs and standards, to reflect how it referred to genetically
- Fur texture guidelines are now loosened so that any fur texture of the correct fur type can be used on a pet; previously, if you wanted to change a file's standard fur texture from, say, hair10 to hair6, you would then have to resubmit the file for acceptance. This is no longer the case; details on what internal fur textures represent which fur type(s) are provided in the docs, and additional fur textures are listed in the texture library
- Tan points/Urajiro marking requirements loosened slightly; UKC apply a "benefit of the doubt" approach when white is predominant on the front of the chest of a tan-pointed/urajiro dog — we assume that the tan/urajiro chest markings are present but hidden by white, therefore a lack of these in such dogs is not faulted
- Multiple docs edited to emphasise that noses and noseshines must be either untextured or specific nose leather textures
- 10-19 (white) added to the list of indices that must be unchanged for a-reg petz that use custom palettes (and have white on them somewhere)
