Camp Petz - Kiddie Edition

Post by mossrose »

Super excited to say that I will be doing my first naturally raised project with Camp Petz! Welcome to Camp Kiddie :) I've gotten a ton of new petz recently and some of them are just calling out to me to be naturally raised! I won't be doing this every day, but I will be naturally raising as I can. So if my petz age up as the days go on, I'm going to lower their ages back down to the last day I played with them. I want to enjoy as much of their puppy/kitten time as I can! Comments are welcome in the thread btw :)

Now - let's meet our campers! I'll be updating our roster with facts about our campers as we go on.

Sweetie, Fred, and Bunni are our full-time camp counselors for the season. We'll have friends and parents swing in and out as time goes on, but these three are here to teach valuable life lessons and unique skills all year-round! The kids are sure to have fun! ... and probably get in a lot of trouble. But c'est la camp.

Day 1

Image
I got everyone out at the same time and reset them to age 12 since today is the first day I've played with them with natural raising in mind. I've had everyone out for a few days as they were all very helpful in testing our camp content, but now we've got playing to do! I really like feeding my pets, so I took everyone to the kitchen to see what would happen.

Image
The game crashed, that's what happened. I didn't know you can't press "Take Other Petz Photo" when you have more than 4 petz out, so we'll work on that.

Image
After that, I separated them into two groups of 4. Summit, Dottie, Dewick, and Aella were out first. Dewick immediately jumped up on the counter, something I'm arguing about with my irl cat right now.

Image
He could tell there was going to be drama and he wanted a birds eye view.

ImageImage
Everyone was very concerned about him up there and zero eating happened.

Image
Dottie was about to drink from this bowl, but then I put away her best buddy Summit and she was very sad.

Image
Then I brought out group two of Sweet Pea, Lichen, Gala, and Tuesday (which is what I named the mutt I bought from Dahlia - her parents' names are Morticia and Gomez)

Image
She is very cute.

ImageImageImage
At first it seemed that no eating would take place here either. Tuesday was walking like a zombie, Sweet Pea was doing a lot of pose practicing, and Lichen, when he wasn't giving everyone the evil eye, was sitting there staring at me somewhat anxiously.

ImageImage
However it quickly became apparent that they did want to eat, they just all wanted to eat out of the same bowl even though there were five bowls out.

ImageImage
Sweet Pea figured it out first, then Tuesday, with Gala waiting her turn.

Image
With snacktime out of the way, we went to the river.

Image
What do you mean taking all of your petz out at the same time isn't a great way for them to bond? Here's Dottie getting jealous that she has to share Summit with other petz.

Hoping to do smaller groups and individual time soon! :) I want to enter Dottie and Sweet Pea in some junior shows and they both have liked to pose so far so hopefully that will be fun. But I also want to learn favorite toys, flavors, and friends so much to stay tuned.
