Peppercorn is very round. He seems to struggle to reach his butt, but is the lack off butt reachability or the inherent comedy of his attempt to more important factor at play here? Tricky...
Circira seems very determined. That look of concentration... It's a thing of beauty.
In the end, I decided that this was a Best Butt Licker competition, not a Funniest Butt Licker competition. I also asked the opinion of an independent judge (my bff) to provide more credibility to the result. Her comments were: "Oooooh that is tough... But... black cat's struggle is very similar to [my cat's] struggle... but dog is also very funny.... I think, personally dog should come first"
