Missing Placement Reports

UKC currently has a glitch where the system is wiping random placements when a show is judged. This isn't the fault of any judges - we've done testing, and it's the system itself. However, we haven't yet been able to work out what is causing the issue. It is happening across cat and dog shows (though does seem to be happening more often with cats).

While we work on figuring it out, this thread is for reporting any missing placements you notice to help us investigate and so we can manually add the results. Please include which show the placement is from in your report. Even if you don't know what the missing placement was, knowing which breeds were affected is helpful!
